Deanne Cowley, EdS, NCSP

Deanne Cowley currently serves as the Professional Learning and Coaching Specialist for the Florida Problem Solving/Response to Intervention (PS/RtI) Project. During her 20 years in education, Deanne has served in a variety of roles at the school and district level including as a School Psychologist, a school-based PS/RtI Coach, a district-wide PS/RtI Coach, and as a Prevention Specialist where she supported implementation of the district-wide mental health plan. As a Regional Coordinator for the PS/RtI Project, Deanne provided technical assistance and training to school districts in the central region of Florida to support their district-wide implementation of multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and received her Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from University of South Florida.
