Sara Moulton is Post-Doctoral Research Scholar with the Institute for School Reform at the University of South Florida. Her role involves assisting in the evaluation of initiatives to implement multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS) in schools. Additionally, she is working to examine the implementation and evaluation of a student support personnel evaluation model.
Previously, Sara completed her PhD at Brigham Young University in Educational Inquiry, Measurement, and Evaluation. Her research interests include scale construction and development, item response theory (IRT) models, behavioral screening in schools, and evaluation and implementation of MTSS.
