She is a seasoned education specialist with over 20 years of experience in the classroom and national-level training. She holds a bachelor's in science education and a master's in special education from Indiana University. Her expertise lies in integrating assistive technology and applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies to foster educational experiences. Sandi excels in problem solving and creative resourcefulness, offering both conventional and innovative solutions. She has a strong track record as a presenter and trainer at various levels, including national, state, and regional conferences. Her specialty areas include secondary education for students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Chrome accessibility and integration, secondary age transition, and accessible content authoring.
