Evette Idehen, MEdDistrict Support Services Coordinator
Evette Idehen is part of Floridaís Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) through the Problem Solving/Response to Intervention team as a District Support Services Coordinator at the University of South Florida. As a member of the Technology & Learning Connections (TLC) team, Evette assists in the areas of Accessible Educational Materials (AEM), Assistive Technology (AT) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Evette holds a Masterís degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelorís in History from the University of North Florida. With over 10 years of teaching experience in Florida and Maryland, Evette has worked with students from diverse backgrounds with varying exceptionalities. In her role as an educator and an administrator in Title One, magnet, and gifted schools, she has worked on initiatives to help close the achievement gap, as well as implement innovative project-based learning within the classroom environment.
