This module is skills-based and oriented around a hypothetical conversation you may have with a fellow educator. First, we'll review background information about collaborating with colleagues. Next, we'll introduce key interpersonal communication skills that you should use when relating to and supporting colleagues. Then, you'll have a chance to practice each skill. Throughout the course, you'll be asked to reflect on your own practice and make a plan for the future.
