Delivering Effective Feedback

This module reviews different components that contribute to effective feedback and then lets you practice using these principles. Throughout the course, you'll be asked to reflect on your own practice and make plans for the future. Because feedback is part of active dialogue, it is recommended that you complete the Interpersonal Communication Skills module if you haven’t already done so.

If you have a Thinkific account, access the Delivering Effective Feedback course at https://flpsrti.thinkific.com/courses/coaching4 and follow the steps below.

• Sign into your account.
• Select All Courses at the top of the page, find Delivering Effective Feedback, and click “Start Course” to begin.

If this is your first time accessing Thinkific, create a Thinkific account at https://flpsrti.thinkific.com/courses/coaching4.

• From FL PS/RtI Thinkific site, click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner.
• Click “Create a new account” below sign-in fields.
• Fill in your name, email, and create a password. Click “Sign Up.”
• Select All Courses at the top of the page, find Delivering Effective Feedback, and click “Start Course” to begin.
