Diving Deeper into the 8-Step Problem-Solving Process

This module equips you with the skills and knowledge to be an active team member and contributor during the 8-Step Problem-Solving process. This module is intended for participants that are new or familiar with the 8-Step Model. Set aside up to two hours for this module.

If you have a Thinkific account, access the Diving Deeper into the 8-Step Problem-Solving Process course at https://flpsrti.thinkific.com/courses/coaching3 and follow the steps below.

• Sign into your account.
• Select All Courses at the top of the page, find Diving Deeper into the 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, and click “Start Course” to begin.

If this is your first time accessing Thinkific, create a Thinkific account at https://flpsrti.thinkific.com/courses/coaching3.

• From FL PS/RtI Thinkific site, click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner.
• Click “Create a new account” below sign-in fields.
• Fill in your name, email, and create a password. Click “Sign Up.”
• Select All Courses at the top of the page, find Diving Deeper into the 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, and click “Start Course” to begin.
