Tier 1 Problem Solving for Students with Disabilities
This course is designed for all Florida educators committed to improving outcomes for students with disabilities (SWD) through problem solving at Tier 1. Participants will explore the compelling reasons for adopting a problem-solving approach at Tier 1, focusing on how it can enhance results for SWD. The course will also emphasize how Tier 1 adjustments, tailored to support SWD, can positively impact all students within an inclusive classroom environment. By engaging in this course, participants will deepen their understanding of the problem-solving process at Tier 1, particularly as it applies to SWD. This course builds on prior knowledge; therefore, it is strongly recommended that participants take the prerequisite course Tier 1 Problem Solving prior to this one.
